Thanks, Darkhog. I know that you have a big heart yourself! When my Mom was sick I worked but when she needed me I was there. My Mom was the most important person to me at that time and nothing was going to stop me from being able to help her and be there for her. When she passed I had wished that there was something else I could have done better. I really miss her but I live on with the memories of all the good times.

Sounds good buddy! You have a big job ahead of you and your heart is bigger then most people I know. Do what you can. When my mother passed away, she was taking care of an elderly lady that my mother’s wish from me was to take care of her, which I did. It was hard, her family wasn’t any help and everything was left up to me, I had to place her in assistant living but still all the paperwork, responsibility, shopping ended up in my hands plus being left with my mother’s bills without any help from anyone. Sans the two jobs with two none paying jobs by continuing to take care of this situation. We get so lost in the responsibility of others thatwe lose ourselves. Stay grounded and stay in touch. You’re a great friend!

On a side note, my friends Mom, who is 88, can’t do much for herself as far as getting out and about. I found out yesterday that she’s almost out of food. I called her daughter and we’re going shopping for her Mom tomorrow. Her daughter will buy some stuff for her I want to by her some things that she normally wouldn’t. I want to make sure that this never happens again!
